The cold weather didn’t stop one organization from spreading love on the 14th.
The Brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated spiced Lincoln University’s cafeteria by hosting its Kupid’s Kafé for the students on Valentine’s Day.
Aaron Bennett, A brother of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated, wanted the people to have an enjoyable and memorable time for Valentine ’s Day.
“Due to the snow, people got snowed in on campus, so we wanted people who plans were ruined to still have a nice romantic evening even if they settled for less,” Bennett said.
A specific section of the cafeteria was blocked off for couples only.
The Brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi were hosting, and waiting on the people to give them an actual feeling if they were in a restaurant.
“The food and service was everything. I really felt like I was actually at a restaurant,” said Tanesha Hicks, a senior psychology major.
