2 Injured and 1 Dead in Ashmun Avenue Crash

On Friday night,  three Lincoln students were involved in a car crash on Ashmun Avenue. According to sources the Chevrolet Impala  sped out of control and hit a tree causing the car to burst into flames.  Anthony V. Washington was pronouced dead on

the scene. The injured victims include Seniors Phillip Tomsic of  Grand Junction, Mich., and Kadeem Fulmore or Rochester N.Y. Both Tomsic and Fulmore suffered major injuries and they were taken to Crozer-Chester Medical Center. The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Students can seek counseling on crisis hotline 877-918-2100. There are also counselors available in the Mary Dod Memorial chapel.
